She got angry and said well what are you here for then. She went back to a cubby hole for my paperwork and as this was happening Dana says are you here to pay rent I said no. Another lady walked past me and said can I help you, and said yes I'm checking out and gave her my tv remote and key. When I was in line checking out Dana said are you here for mail I said no. I could no longer stand it so even though I still had 2 days paid for I decided to check out. The stomping and furniture dragging continued the whole time. I had to stay for another week and a half because theres a few places where you can have your dog with you. When I complained and asked for another room this nut Dana got mad at me and told me to leave her office. They were dragging furniture across my ceiling constantly. For the first week the people above me stomped back and forth for hours every day and night. I stayed in a ground floor room because I'm disabled. This person Dana is truly a hothead who has no business dealing with the public and should be fired. She stormed around the counter and said get the hell out of my office I'm calling security. ![]() ![]() One bad employee ruins the entire experience and causes a black-eye for the company on trip adviser.I stayed in a ground floor room because I'm disabled. My advise, if you MUST stay here ensure everything is in working order before accepting the room and keep one-point of contact. Sees customers as an inconvenience and truly lacks the entry level requirements to be in a guest facing role. This woman has poor service recovery skills. I requested complimentary internet for the evening until someone comes to fix the television. I asked for asked for a supervisor, she replied " we don't have supervisors". How are you going to fix the issue Diana gave a blank stare and says, "I have no advise, no solution, don't know what to tell you and don't know what to do". I said, so you lied and had zero intention of sending a repair person. Diana explains, it's 6:30pm and all repair men have left for the day. Well, after a few hours, no tv and no technician. On a sticky note Diana wrote down my room number and said she would send someone. I replied I am not a repair technician, please send someone from maintenance to fix the problem, I just want the television on. Use the input buttons on the Cox cable remote and see what happens. Diana gave the following response: Is the channel on 3? You will have to just play with the remote until you figure it out. I approached the desk and explained the situation. Boy was she rude, short and disrespectful on the phone. Well, Front Desk Clerk Diana was on the phone, explaining rates to a customer. I called back, no answer so I decided to visit the front desk. I called the front desk, spoke to Kathy, She offered a few suggestions and directed me to call back if it doesn't work. ![]() The check-in staff, security guard were pleasant, hospitable and welcoming.THEN the next day, I had an issue with the television, it didn't work. We were directed to a neighborhood walmart to find these items. Basic amenities such as towels, bed linen and toilet paper must be purchased by the guest. We arrived within 15 minutes after speaking to a rep, viewed a few rooms and decided the weekly rate would suffice. ![]() With last minute rates being expensive, a google search brought up Budget Suites of America. Upon driving to Las Vegas from California, our AirBNB reservation was cancelled due to electrical damage and we needed a place to stay.
